About Us

As a life long scientist, agronomist and most recently winemaker, I have always been interested in staying active and healthy. As I moved from peri-menopause to menopause, I saw dramatic changes to my health as I began to experience inflammation, brain fog, and crippling fatigue. It has taken me quite a few years of research and experimenting to find solutions that worked. What I discovered is that diet has an incredible effect on your gut health, mental health, and physical health. I have refined a cereal formulation, high in protein and fiber, with ingredients that help fight inflammation and cardiovascular disease.
